Best jewellers in Gurgaon, Jewellers in Gurgaon

I live in Gurgaon, I’ve been living here for the past 15 years after moving  from Mumbai in 2002. We set
tled down in a pretty decent condo with all the best facilities one can think of the railway(metro) station
is just 5 mins by walk, the Expressway is 5 mins by walk again, there are 5 hotels all 5 Star category
within a 3 kms radius. To top it all the only mega live show performance theatre Kingdom of Dreams is
5 mins away. There are about 14 malls and 5 Multiplex cinema Halls with in a distance of 3 kms.

Such a lifestyle positioning I have not enjoyed in Mumbai or London or even New York during my stay
there. Hence, it was natural for me to go for any shopping to the malls and buy our jewellery from the
branded well known showrooms or outlets in the premium malls.

Naturally, every trade and business has their own laws and processes. Amongst Jewellery, the only
parameter that is fixed & constant is the price of gold. It does not vary even 0.1% between different
shops. Every jeweller claims their gold jewellery is hallmark stamped, I’m not a connoisseur, I do not
know the deep theories hence ask my friends to come along to help me buy or best go to the branded
showrooms in swanky malls.

I received a learning of my life from a friend who came home to stay with us for a week as he was shop
ping for his son’s wedding, he came from Canada and has been settled in Canada for the past 25 years
yet as habit and economy governs! He is a compulsive shopper in india and tends to buy everything he
can see, yet very choosy about the places he will buy his stuffs from.

He told me that he wanted to buy jewellery, naturally, I planned to take him to Gold Souk and some
jewellers on MG Road Malls. When I told him of my email land, he burst out laughing and said have
you been buying your jewellery From these shops? I said yes! OMG he said and he said let me take
you to the Best Jewellers in Gurgaon!

Then he mentioned of an anecdote about his purchase the last time and when he was returning to
Canada via Dubai. At the Dubai airport in one of the gold shops he checked the purity of the gold of
the necklace his wife was wearing which he had bought from a jewellery in Gurgaon.

The gold shop manager at the Dubai airport asked him which shop in the airport had he bought the
necklace from. When he said he had not bought it in Dubai but in India. He expressed complete surprise
because the purity was absolute as for 22 carat jewellery, which is highly unlikely amongst most family
owned smaller shops that are not backed by large business houses and mega brands.

After hearing this I was curious to know about the shop and go there and see for myself.
Aditi Gems and Jewellery is a family owned jewellery with 2 outlets in Gurgaon extremely careful and
sensitive about their reputation. Then when I went to their shop I met the owners and was chatting and
understanding their business, they explained that they are actually wholesaler’s and the 2 shops are
their retail outlets with their office in Karol Bagh! What most unscrupulous small time jewellers do is
cheat on gold quality and make it cheap. If brands charge extremely high on making and name it after
a designer and charge for the jewellery as a product and weight has no meaning.

But since they(Aditi) have their own manufacturing they control quality, also they have another business
related to gold where they buy gold under “Cash for Gold” scheme and pay best prices for sourcing the
Gold! I was thrilled to learn so many new things about the gold business. And visited their new shop
that they recently launched on the Digital Domain www.aditigems.com! I gave my feedback that this still
has to display all the products that are physically present in the store, it’s work in progress he said with
a smile. And gave me the Fb page and Instagram handle names  to keep me posted. It was a delightful
experience.
